VTC Selakui
SOS Vocational Training Centre (Selakui) near Dehradun was set up with the objective of providing the Tibetan youths with opportunities for a range of technical skills in various trades so that they can serve in industries and community centres in India and abroad and even set up their own businesses for self-employment. The Centre stretches over 65 acres of land and it was formally inaugurated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in November 2000.
Currently the Center caters to over 200 young youths studying in various trades.
