Kelly is Co-Founder and Principal of Four Corners Global Consulting Group, a Chicago-based, women- and LGBTQ-owned consulting firm that works with nonprofits and philanthropies on strategic planning, program evaluation, and organizational development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in international development and human rights. Before founding Four Corners, Kelly spent nearly seven years on the senior leadership team at Heartland Alliance International, where she built the organization's External Relations and Program Development departments and helped create and execute its five-year strategic plan.
Her earlier career included governance and democracy work in West Africa, global development advocacy at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo focused on girls' education and empowerment. Kelly holds a B.A. in Chinese and Anthropology from Bates College and an M.S. in International Conflict Management from Georgetown University.
Kelly lives in Evanston with her husband and three children. She is inspired by Y.O.U.’s mission to provide critical academic, social, and emotional support to all of Evanston’s youth and families.
