Paul Patt

Paul Patt is a recently retired management consulting who worked for several large global consulting firms including Mercer, Aon and most recently Korn Ferry.  He specialized in talent and leadership consulting, with special focus on talent development, leadership succession, culture, and workforce planning.  Paul earned a BA in International Economics from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. 

He is a high school varsity tennis coach and volunteers with Braven, an organization focused on helping underprivileged college students prepare for their first jobs.  He and his wife previously lived in Evanston and they have a passion for making the community better. 

Having raised four children, Paul understands the importance of kids having important role models and meaningful opportunities to learn and grow.  He is excited to bring his background and energy to the Y.O.U. Board of Directors.
