JayLashay Young is the Afterschool Program Manager at Dawes Elementary School and has been part of Youth & Opportunity United for four years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Kalamazoo College and is currently pursuing her MBA as a Baumhart Scholar at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. She also brings experience as a dance artist, youth advocate, and wellness coach.
